Thank you for shopping with us. Each of our T-shirts is produced in a limited, individually numbered edition-making every item unique and exclusive. We are committed to a fair and transparent shopping experience, fully compliant with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)

For online orders, you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, including individually numbered and limited-edition items.

To exercise your right to cancel:

  • ou must notify us by email at hello@fiercepcbrand.com within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and intention to return.
  • Returned items must be received by us within 14 days after you notify us of cancellation
  • Items must be returned strictly unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags and labels intact.
  • f items are returned in a condition other than as supplied-specifically if worn, washed, damaged, with removed tags, or not in resalable condition-we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value, up to the full price paid, except where the item is faulty.
  • If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before returning them and this results in damage or diminished value, your refund may be reduced accordingly.
  • Return postage for change-of-mind cancellations is your responsibility and non-refundable.
  • Once the returned goods are received and inspected, your refund (including the original standard delivery charge, if any) will be processed within 14 days.

Please note:

Please note: This right does not apply to products that are personalised for you (e.g., with your name, custom text, or custom design). Being a limited edition or individually numbered does not affect your statutory right to cancel and return.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, not as described, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly supplied, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

  • Contact us at hello@fiercepcbrand.com within 30 days of receiving your item, stating your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, clear photographs.
  • We may require the item to be returned for inspection. If so, we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
  • Upon confirmation of the fault or error, a full refund (including all delivery charges) or a replacement will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
